Happy Valentine's Day! In honor of this fantastic holiday, I reviewed a book that has nothing to do with love...other than learning how to love everyone...? This book was good. I found it very interesting. It is a good introduction to the practical side of Buddhism. Way better than The Power of Now. I am not sure I agree with Buddhism being "true," which Wright never explains...but it is a decent argument for the benefits of meditation.
