* It is easy to be a Monday morning QB, always easier to point the finger after the fact and from distance.

* Be slow to criticize, those that understand can give you value, need trust and you must listen.

* Am I the Lid on my team?  Create systems to help.

* If you don’t work to get better, you won’t… try something new.
