In this episode I talk all about the importance of human connection for our physical health and wellbeing. We will discuss a very interesting observation called the Roseto effect and how community and human connection affected an entire towns heart health.
I also discuss in my opinion the biggest unconscious driver for self sabotage, human connection. As cavemen, we survived because we were 'pack animals'. We were much more able to ward of predators, and find food when we had our numbers. Being isolated from that pack was akin to DEATH.
