Pastor Derek begins a new series on the Beatitudes in Matthew 5. The goal is to connect our time in Revelation by being reminded of the coming Kingdom in Revelation, while aiming to live in a kingdom consistent way with our time right now. God's people are kingdom citizens, and kingdom citizens strive to live in accordance with what pleases the King of the kingdom. This week we will reflect on how to live in a fallen world as citizens of God's kingdom, it requires a heart and mind shaped by Christ.
