Pitting your partners against your other partners, coworkers, friends, etc. Undermining, underhanded, passive aggressive manipulation accentuating the other partners flaws while making the accuser seem flawless all in the interest and protection of the accusers insecurities and unresolved, denied, or unknown personal issues.
