After disposing of the Restikov daughter, there is no one standing between the Phoenix Pham and their new goal: Wilhelm. To confront him they must ride the elevator to the top floor of Wickliffe, only then might they be able to put a stop to this madness once and for all. What awaits our heroes on the top floor?
