    2. Commit to reliable, consistent, inspired action — Show up and test that belief in real life.

    3. Gather realistic feedback — Notice what’s working and what isn’t, without judgment.

    4. Adjust — Refine your actions or update your hypothesis based on what you learn.

    5. Repeat steps 2–4 until you have evidence that supports your growth.
