Life is too short to pay bills and die. Louis is another new friend from Toronto who I met at the Kansas City Fitness Summit. If you don't know who he is, you should look him up. He's good people. 

Louis and I talked about depression, therapy, religion, dogs, rice and beans, diversity, New York, Toronto, relationships, detention, impressing girls with cool tricks, and body image. 

I think you'll want to listen to this one. Louis has really established himself as a fitness professional and leads his life in such a way that it is not about what we've been through, but more about what we'll get through.
