Hi everyone, and welcome to another Wednesday morning with LIFE WORK BALANCES!

Today I had the chance to sit down with Matthew Kurz, the Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at University of Idaho. Matt and I got connected through a friend of a friend that helped me out during ACPA and circulated my info in the hopes of getting a few folks to do interviews. SUCESS! We had a great time, and it was really cool to get to know someone that I had never met until they knocked on my door. We talked about seeking out new opportunities as a student, and the founding of an organization, mentoring, seeing behind the curtain as a new professional, and taking on new opportunities. We also talked about photography, bed and breakfasts, taking trips, turning off email, and really enjoying taking time away to reflect and recharge.
