Jaresha Moore Smith, MBA is the Founder/CEO of Empower On Purpose, LLC , where we provide leadership training and personal and professional development coaching and consulting services; Executive Director and Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer for the John Maxwell Team, best-selling author, success and empowerment coach with over 18 years of combined experience in Education, Finance, Healthcare, and Business Management and Development and Sales; Owner of Envisioned Broadcasting Radio Station and host of Empower Hour with Jaresha. Envisioned Broadcasting is the station that equips, encourages, and empowers others for growth and success.
Born and raised in Dayton Ohio, Jaresha ‘s passion lies in motivating, inspiring and empowering emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals who are developing their leadership skills and businesses. As a single mother of 4, Jaresha identifies with the challenges that one faces with adversity, fears, self-doubt and the many obstacles that life tends to send our way. As a result, she has used her experiences and training to build a successful brand, business and legacy for her children. Jaresha believes that when life gives us lemons, that is a way to not only make lemonade but turn it in to an opportunity to use that lemon to teach and empower others.
Jaresha is a member of (WiBN) Women in Business Network, (NAPW) National Association of Professional Women, (ACHE) American College of Healthcare Executives and (POWER) Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized and an active Board Member of Human Race Theatre Company.
