Elizabeth Su, MA (she/her) is a writer, perfectionism expert, and the founder of Monday Vibes (www.elizabethsu.com), a personal growth newsletter and network for women. Having studied burnout and perfectionism at Columbia University, Elizabeth is all about helping women learn to love themselves, imperfections and all. She's currently working on her first book around these topics and is searching for a literary agent. In this episode, we take a deep dive into identifying, defining, and addressing perfectionism. During the conversation, we explore burn-out, opportunities for self-compassion, and how all of this directly connects to your role as a music educator. You’ll want to bookmark this one to listen to again and again as we all seek to show up in our most authentic selves for the musicians and communities we serve.
