In today's episode, published on December 26, 2025, I recap the situation with Saint Joseph's parting ways with star sophomore Deuce Jones one day after I covered the Hawks' 68-62 home loss to Coastal Carolina. I also discuss Villanova after the Wildcats' win over Seton Hall on Tuesday in their Big East opener and recap the 76ers' 114-106 home loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday.
Finally, I am joined by Frankford High School baseball coach Juan Namnun, who will be honored as the Philadelphia Sports Writers Association Most Courageous Sportsperson of the Year at the 121st Philadelphia Sports Writers Association Banquet on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at the DoubleTree in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
