Sarah is an MMA fighter that trains out of SBG Charlestown. She won Gold at the first U18 IMMAF World Championships in Rome in 2019. Sarah has not been training that long but has achieved a lot in that time and from her clear unrelenting drive I'm sure she will continue to achieve big things. Today I chat to Sarah about how she got into MMA, how she started competing, her IMMAF Gold, balancing college with training and more.
