When we first started working on  InventionStories.com and looking to share invention stories, I came across Ideas Uploaded (www.ideasuploaded.com) and was impressed.  Tara Roskell had been sharing posts and podcasts that were similar to ours and while some would find her to be a competitor to be treated as such, we didn’t.  We believe in promoting websites and podcasts that help people invent smarter and Ideas Uploaded is a helpful tool for inventors.  Click here for The Ideas Uploaded website and here for the Ideas Uploaded Facebook page.

 

The Idea Medic

Tara Roskell is The Idea Medic, providing first aid for your idea muscle. She lives in a world where creativity is king and ideas are cool.  She is a great writer, an even better podcaster, and a true friend of the inventor.

Tara believes passionately that everybody has the ability to be creative. They just need to believe and learn more about the idea generation process. So her mission is to make idea generation and development more accessible.

Tara has worked in the Creative Industry as a graphic designer for over 20 years, for both national and international companies. She finds that when she has to do similar jobs repeatedly would lack inspiration.  And this led her to explore the world of creative thinking techniques. 

So when she’s not freelancing, Tara can be found blogging, jotting down ideas for cartoons and products, reading books on creative thinking, walking the dog or practicing karate.

Tara lives in Northamptonshire, UK with her partner Kevin and their dog Diesel.
