In January of 2018 Kate Herrod set out to complete 52 goals in 52 weeks. That's one goal per week for 12 months. Unfortunately she didn't hit her goal so she had to recalibrate and has since come up with a new strategy for accomplishing her goals in 2019...Micro-goals. These Micro-goals are aligned with her ultimate goal of becoming the better version of herself and allowing herself to be inspired by her own limitations.
