I received a bad appraisal on one of my properties.  I'm fairly certain that it's a "drive-by" appraisal and contrary to the report they never went to the home.  I have a real problem with them using properties 40 miles away to determine the value?  How does that work?? The report is a joke!  The value was set and nearly $10,000 under the property appraiser and nearly half of the zillow value.
