Happy New Year! This entire podcast is built on the fact that I made and kept a New Year's resolution ONE TIME, and even though I don't continue to make resolutions, I tell you why I'm a big fan of them. I also talk about how both of my kids never like me at the same time, and what I'm choosing to start doing, and even though I'm choosing to start doing it at this particular time of year, it is not, in fact, a New Year's resolution.
