Grizzly bears are beautiful, powerful, and dangerous. In the 90's and early 2000's there was man in Katmai National Park who took it upon himself to protect them and educate the general public about the grizzly. His methods were unorthodox to say the least, most would call them downright dangerous. In 2003 Timothy Treadwell and Amie Huguenard met a tragic and gruesome end. This week we cover the story that lead to their demise.
