"Drink of the Day" - Strawberry Basil Bubbly

With this drink we first made a strawberry puree by blending strawberries and then adding some sugar and water. Next, we muddled the puree, some basil, and lemon in the shaker. We then filled the shaker with Belrose Vodka, which is a vodka made from grapes. From there we filled our glass 3/4 of the way and topped it off with Baumann Estates Cremant Chardonnay.
