Michael's a personal trainer of 16 years who loves to serve others and gets great fulfillment out of working in both a helping profession and the incredible field of health/fitness. He attained my Masters in Psychology because he feels that he can have a broader impact on more people through health and life coaching beyond the fitness coaching that he currently provides.
