Today I'm joined by Alexander J. Ward, musician, advocate and the face of the People Helping People podcast, which looks to do good things in the community whilst also showcasing people from all walks of life who are adding positively to the lives of those around them.

Alexander talks with me about his own origin story and how he came to be in the position he currently sits - a life that includes having to step too early to be the peacekeeper, his shock diagnosis of both Type-1 Diabetes and Crohn's Disease and how the impact of this spurred him on to advocate for those in need while rebuilding both his body and his outlook on what life held for him.
