•Exercise several times per week to build up stamina and improve immune function
•Create and use warm up and cool down routines
•Reduce, remove and/or deal with potential distractions
•Communicate with partner, family, friends about the demands of the series you’ll be playing
•Come up with a process for picking your events in advance

Tricia and Gareth also discussed picking events for WSOP in some detail. Specifically, they discussed looking at the structures to figure out the best ones for the money.
