Meet Faith. I am first and foremost a wife and mother. For the past six years, my husband and I have lived as expats in various countries throughout southeast Asia. The challenges associated with living overseas forced me to become creative with my cooking, and thus The Conscientious Eater was born, a place where I share my passion for healthy, plant-based recipes and food photography. Now with two young kids, my focus has shifted to creating a holistic approach to not only my own diet, but that of my entire family.
