Today, we're absolutely annihilating the 2004 film "The Notebook." I bet we all remember where we were when we saw Rachel and Ryan reenact that steamy kiss at the MTV Movie Awards! As adults with fully formed frontal lobes and years of therapy experience, we have a LOT of criticisms about this movie. We dive into the toxic relationship dynamics between Noah and Allie, criticize some inaccurate depictions of medical treatments, and shame the film for romanticizing dementia.
