Welcome back to Pretty Haunted’s special Halloween series, 7 Haunted Nights. This is night 7 which means we have officially made it to Halloween! As we wrap up this series, there’s no better time than the present to dive into some classic urban legends that usually come up around this time of year… Urban legends are defined as a humorous or horrific story that is shared as though true, usually told by someone who knows someone who really experienced the event. The art of storytelling truly has no bounds and that is true for all 12 urban legends we explore today. While most were popularized between the 1960s to the 1980s, they have continued to be shared through generations almost as if warning youths of the dangers that lurk just beyond.
