The Supreme Court continues to cherry-pick periods of history where people didn't have rights as justification to take away rights today under the guise of "originalism" and the Heritage Foundation is about to drop a radial reactionary's guide to interpreting the Constitution to further the conservative agenda that will do to our laws what Project 2025 is doing to us right now.
