Ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day next week Breifne is talking to Aughavas cyclist Shelly McKiernan about her team 'Box of Cogs' and their fourth place finish in the four person team category in Race Around Ireland.

Shelly and her three team mates set out to raise awareness and funds for two youth mental health charities 'Cycle Against Suicide' and 'Jigsaw'. With their efforts raising approximately €8,000 for the two charities.

Shelly is joined on the show by one of her team mates Martin 'Titch' Carroll who, like her other team mates and twelve crew she met through her involvement with Cycle Against Suicide.
