In this episode, I have my special guest Joshua Hicks. He is the CEO and founder of Tialg, Venture Church VC, and he also offers consulting services. Josh has a heart and passion for entrepreneurship, and we've known each other for the past 11 years. First, we discussed what drove Joshua to build and create his own business. We then get into how being a car enthusiast helped him launch his first successful business, Tialg. Many companies were affected by the pandemic, but Josh learned a lesson through it, which is about "Servanthood" and how it helped him maintain his momentum towards claiming the peak of success in his business.
