In Episode 62, Stuart McCullough invites Workplace Relations Consultant Rem Richards to discuss Safe Work Australia’s Guide to Managing the Risk of Fatigue at Work. This is an external document which is linked to Clause 56 of the Medical Scientist Agreement.  Specifically, the reference is located at clause 56.1(b).  It references the guide as a way for Members to achieve safe rostering practises. The guide also discusses what fatigue is, how it occurs, and why fatigue is a problem. It provides guidance on identifying contributing factors to fatigue and how to best manage and control the risks associated with fatigue.
