On a crisp sunny winter’s day, we pod from Paul’s house on the beach at Whitstable.  We sample oysters Paul picked from the foreshore, and hear about his adventures on his boat, the Lamia.   Beach huts, sex and death also all come under consideration as we discuss his new home town.
