I have a friend (Alma Harrell) whom when you would ask how she was, always said, "Too Blessed to be Stressed!" Sometimes you have to take a step back and realize what you can be grateful for.

People think of Amazon as being in the products and services business, but I think it's in the convenience business. It causes me to question, "Do we really know what business we are really in?:

* People Business?

* Improvement Business?

* Results Business!
