About Ijeoma

Ijeoma Nwakuche is a Career professional with 16 Years Experience working across various sectors of the Oil & Gas Industry

She is Currently the General Manager at a leading indigenous Marine & Logistics Company.

Driven by a passion to see young Nigerian professionals (particularly women) attain the highest versions of themselves, she founded the Purple Orchid Projects  – A free coaching institute for young female professionals geared towards developing outstanding women of  value, who will be “referral worthy” in their career and life endeavors; “We are Raising ‘Daniellas’ in Babylon”.

She is a Seasoned speaker, on both national and global platforms, who lends her voice to issues which she is passionate about within and outside her field of endeavour. Such platforms include the Nigerian National Assembly on Nigerian Content matters, Harvard Business School platform, Society of Petroleum Engineering (SPE) , and other notable platforms.

She's also involved in volunteer work with international NGO on projects geared towards African youth empowerment in line with various  Sustainable Development Goals.

She is a writer who has contributed weekly published articles for National Dailies and is currently working on her first published book.

Ijeoma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Port-Harcourt, Management Credentials from Harvard Business School ,and  an Executive MBA (in view) from Oxford University. She is happily married with 3 amazing children.
