Eric Taft is a producer, engineer and songwriter from Baltimore, MD. He works closely with both local and regional artists, helping them develop their sound and writing style. He has also worked with national artists such as Underoath, The Amity Affliction, Plain White T’s and Less Than Jake. Eric currently operates the Buzzlounge Recording Studio in Baltimore.

In addition to studio work, Eric has also spent time as an educator, teaching classes and concepts in recording technology, both privately and in schools.

Currently, Eric plays in a number of bands, but most notably plays guitar and sings in The Great Heights Band (rad-pop. records). The Great Heights Band released their latest record “Cabin Fever” in April 2020, promptly followed by their new single “Bully With A Bat”, a protest song written and released specifically to raise funds for the NAACP Legal Defense Fund.
