In today’s episode, I am diving into the difference between how our intuition feels in the body, and how our Nervous System feels, as there are so many similarities! So often when we think we are listening to our body and our intuition, we are in fact listening to our fear response instead.
I share some personal examples of how they both show up, as well as some practical exercises you can do straight away to start learning and getting to know the difference for yourself!
