In this episode, we cover the power of no and yes. We are trained from a young age that we must say yes, but all too often yes can hold us back. Yes is looked at as good and no as bad, but yes or no are both value neutral. Instead, we need to learn to say no to things that are pulling us away from our calling and yes to those things that allow us to live our calling. No is a powerful word.
