JACOB. God changes his name to Israel, literally "wrestles with God". In the episode, we talk about that wrestling match, Jacob's ladder, his brotherly rivalry (and deception!) with Esau, being Isaac's son, and Jacob's own son Joseph. There is a continued theme on God’s faithfulness in keeping His promises EVEN as His people are sinful. Jacob is far from perfect.  He is deceitful and pretty self focused at times.
