In this episode of the Designated Players Podcast, the guys are back to discuss each MLS team's most impressive, least impressive, and best player (part 2). Since the league is a never ending expansion, this will be split into 2 parts as we do not want to subdue you to 3 straight hours of hearing us talk. We will be focusing solely on the player's performances thus far in the MLS season, and when the season is done at the end of the year, we will likely revisit and make our picks again. For now though, enjoy our probably very wrong opinions!

To avoid the confusion that both our cohosts faced, lets define what we mean by most impressive, least impressive, and best player. Most impressive is the player that we believe has most exceeded our expectations for them. This does not mean that they are the best player, but more-so someone who has played above their pay grade per say. Least impressive is the exact opposite. This is a player that we believe has fallen well short of our expectations for them at the start of the season. In this case, we steer clear of players that are injured as it would be unfair to include them. Best player, well yes, you guessed it. This is the best player on the team for them this season. This was not easy for some teams, whether that be for better or worse reasons, so be sure to tune in and let us know what you thought!
