Episode #63 of the Gruler Nation Podcast was 100% impromptu. This episode features Public Figure, Michael Brown Sr., the father of Michael Brown Jr. who was shot in 2014 by white police officer Darren Wilson in the city of Ferguson, Missouri.
Michael's son was only 18 years old and had been walking down the street with his friend before the altercation with Wilson began. There are always two sides to a story but in this podcast we get the opportunity to hear the father's side of what happened and how he dealt with losing his son too soon. Michael goes into depth on how he learned to forgive himself, how he continues to heal, and what he does today to give back and spread his son's story to others.
