Have you ever tried to change everything about your lifestyle in one day?
That could look like changing your diet, exercising more, going to sleep earlier, setting boundaries, something else, or any combination of things.
Typically it goes something like this:
Have you ever been there?
Yeah, we have too.
It never works, and it never will.
There are many reasons for this, but the main one is that the changes we choose to make do not fit within our daily lives. The changes are too big to make and sustain for as long as you need to see results.
This pattern can happen in so many areas of our lives. Some of these areas include movement and exercise, food, work, business, and money.
