It has been a long awaited return and The Rundown is back! This week's episode is a big one folks. Your hosts Tori and Mike are joined by a welcomed co-host to the show, Stella Dolan! Stella is an alumnus of the Midwest Speed and Bemidji State. She also was an assistant coach for the Beavers before joining the Midwest Speed coaching staff as the director of our Pitching Development Program!
