Before we can open the Heart, we must stabilize the polarity within the first 3 Seals. When we open the 3rd Seal and activate the Solar Plexus ganglia, we gain our Core Stability and the Kundalini rises to the 4th Seal. This Shadow is the consequence of trying to shove a square peg on a round hole. It's what humans do when the 3rd Seal is closed—constantly trying to Force our Will on Life.
