On today’s show I’ll be sharing a clip that I hope you will listen to.   It’s an enlightening perspective on why we are as a society and where we can go from hear.  Not surprisingly it’s a positive view on the future but a realistic one.  More on that later in the show.

First up, have you watched the show Utopia on Amazon?  I liked it even though the underlying subject matter (a virus) isn’t a topic we really need to hear more of given the current situation.  Nonetheless, don’t let that deter you from checking it out.  It’s different something I value dearly in my life.  I hate cookie cutter shows, books, movies and seek out things that are willing to go in unexpected directions.

 The purported villain of the show is played by John Cusack a brilliant scientist and head of major pharmaceutical company.  Despite his ‘bad behavior’ and overall creepiness he does have a sort of family motto that he asks his family at the dinner table.  

 Before they dine he asks them ““What have you done today to earn your place in this crowded world?”

Again, he is one creepy dude but that’s a thoughtful question isn’t it?  Kind of ties into this shows “What have I done since we last got together to make our world a better place”.

So to answer that question this time requires a bit of a story.  So here goes.
