A prenuptial agreement or prenup is a legal document signed by 2 people before they get married setting out each persons share of assets among other things. But why are prenups so controversial and why do women hate them? Doesn't it make sense to have your affairs in order incase something goes wrong in the relationship or is even the thought of a prenup a sign that you are preparing your relationship for failure?
