This question was posed to me recently, and I thought my trifecta answer of your why, your ecosystem, and your plate was applicable to all podcasters–whether you are preparing for episode 1, 100, or 1,000 of your show. In order to be sure you are hitting your audience and content targets, you need to look at your show with fresh eyes every-so-often. And, that is what we are going to do today. I will explain the different sides of the all-important "why" question, breakdown the various pieces of your ecosystem, and help you figure out how much of your plate you can devote to your show moving forward. And, along the way, I reveal my thoughts on all three for myself, and how they impacted the changes you are going to experience with the future of this show.
