We have 2 tragic but highly interesting cases to dig into on this episode of Homicide Inc. Two unrelated cases of bullying of college students that ended in tragedy. Is suicide as a result of bullying a criminal act?

STORY1: Tyler Clementi was a freshman at Rutgers University and was just getting his stride as a young adult. He moved in with a roommate in the school dorms but then things took a sinister turn. When his new roomie found out Clementi was gay, the homophobic bullying and a humiliating invasion of privacy made him finally snap. Was his roommate ultimately responsible for the cause of death?

STORY 2: Alexander Urtula was hours away from graduating at Boston University. He had everything going for him, and then he jumped from a parking garage. It was a desperate move to silence the relentless abuse from his nagging girlfriend. She told him to kill himself on more than one occasion and he finally did. Did she commit a crime in this case?
