Today I'm joined by chef to the stars, author, radio personality, entrepreneur and host of the '50 Tastes of Gray' podcast, Matthew Gray.

Since childhood, Matthew has held a love of food and cooking that has taken him from New York all around the world to his present home in Hawai'i. Using food as the vehicle, Matthew combines humour, an engaging personality and a genuine curiosity to encourage those around him to share their stories in a manner that showcases the person behind the role that they play.

Sharing moments from his own life with the culinary world as the backdrop, Matthew talks us through his journey into kitchens from his time studying in London, through to cooking for groups like Pink Floyd, to the burgeoning Los Angeles restaurant scene before love took him to Hawai'i to run a culinary tour business until COVID had a say...
