Aubrey Branch is the Chairman and CEO of Branch Hernandez Insurance Consulting. He began his working career in a sugar refinery in Louisiana but soon transitioned to the insurance industry after meeting a local
door-to-door insurance salesman. Within six months, he became a Million Dollar Roundtable member. Seeking greater opportunities, he moved to California and
eventually Nevada, where he and his business partner established the largest minority-owned full-service insurance brokerage in the state. With over 40
years of experience, Aubrey has cultivated key relationships through community, political, and professional involvement. Over the years, Branch has held
leadership roles in various organizations, including as a past President of the National African-American Insurance Association and the North Las Vegas Rotary
Club, and has contributed to numerous diversity initiatives. His legacy continues through his son Quincy, a nationally respected industry leader and it is clear the roots he planted will continue to impact the industry in positive ways…all because he got a license!
