"A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance." - Ecclesiastes 3:4

"The Lord roars from Zion and thunders from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepards dry up, and the top of Carmel withers." - Amos 1:2

"God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted." - Matthew 5:4

"And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. he will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away." - Revelation 21:3-4

"I love the Lord, because He has heard my voice and my supplications. Because He has inclined His ear to me, therefore I will call upon Him as long as I live." - Psalm 116:1-2

We all have to deal with grief one way or another, but God wants to be there for you. Nothing surprises God as He knows exactly what your going through and why. You are allowed to cry, as that is a natural response to grief. Guys are allowed to cry too. God is here for us all. Trust in Him.
