Hey friend!

Today we're diving into something that I'm working through in real time: triggers.

I recorded this episode in real-time -- aka I was feeling & processing this whole experience as I was recording it.  

Why did I choose to actively record this experience?  Because I was having a major breakthrough & frankly, I knew being in a fully transparent state was going to be beneficial for BOTH of us.

I mean, if you can get really honest with yourself for a minute, ask yourself: what triggers me?

Is it your spouse's chewing?
Is it those nasty emails from your boss?
Is it the lack of communication with a certain family member?
Is it your kid's constant need to say, "mom"?
Is it a loved one's excessive drinking?

Whatever it is, we're ALL triggered (& to varying degrees), because *news flash* we're all human!

But here's what I've realized, the more we are able to IDENTIFY, ARTICULATE & PROCESS our triggers, the better off we'll be as humans, wives, sisters, friends, mothers, bosses & whatever other title we happen to be wearing at this moment.

Join me as I walk you through ways to identify your own triggers through my own experience.
