Issue 38 of Birds of Prey is half one shot/half origin story, but one thing is for certain, it is back to basics.  Yes, Oracle in the chair, and Black Canary in the field.  Together again...well together via comm links.  

New Future Tech is going down at a company that may cause terrorist like espionage, and Black Canary is there to make sure that doesn't happen.  Listen to Mark and Ashford thoughts about the issue that is the dawn before the Batman Murderer crossover, which we are really excited about to tell you the truth.  Sorry, I didn't want to end the sentence with about.  Like I did right there.  You know, ending sentences with prepositions and the like.  I'm rambling.
